Membership in K. Hovnanian Homes' Agent Rewards program (KHov4Rewards.com) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this section. Only Agents actively registered in the participating states/areas are eligible to participate. K. Hovnanian Homes reserves the right to change any aspect of the program at any time with 60 days' notice to active members. This right includes, but is not limited to, changes in rules for earning points and points redemption levels. However, rules for use of points and specific features of promotional offers are subject to change with or without notice at the discretion of K. Hovnanian Homes. K. Hovnanian Homes further reserves the right to discontinue the program with six months' notice to members. This means that, regardless of your level of participation in the program, your right to accumulate points and claim rewards will be terminated six months after we give you notice. Other rules and restrictions may apply to the program and are detailed in the Agent Rewards section of KHov4Rewards.com.
